You should have a mix of technical depth and hands-on experience building real-world products. You’ll Thrive Here If You Have * Strong experience with Python or Go. * Hands-on experience training ML models, building chatbots, or using AI APIs. * Expertise in web scraping and automation tools. * Proficiency in React and Next.js. * Experience deploying on AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean, with Docker skills and the ability to set up databases and queues (e.g., Redis, RabbitMQ). Vercel doesn’t count! * Proven experience building and maintaining projects used by real users (not just one-off experiments). * 1+ years of professional (non-internship) experience. * You began coding before college.
